Devoted supporters of the pop star are urging that a man who breached a fence and touched the actress during yesterday's Wicked: For Good launch be arrested or deported from Singapore.

A widely shared video depicts the individual from Australia bypassing media personnel and rushing toward Grande while the cast proceeded down a yellow carpet accompanied by onlookers.

Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo promptly pulled the shocked actress away from Mr Wen, who was spotted being removed of the premiere by guards.

Mr Wen posted on Instagram Thursday evening that he was "let go after being detained", though legal records revealed that he was set to attend court on Friday morning. It is uncertain if he was faced legal action.

History of Disruptions

This is not an isolated incident for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Controversial Figure", has invaded a performance. His Instagram feed features videos of him disturbing other celebrity events, including rushing the platform at the pop singer's Sydney performance in earlier this year and in a similar way during The Chainsmokers event in the area last December.

"Steps should be implemented enforced against him as this is evidently a punishable act," commented an Instagram follower, in a response to a video Mr Wen shared of his behavior.

"This appears to be a habit... why are you not imprisoned?" another Instagram user remarked.

Followers Express Concern Over Grande's Well-being

Several followers blamed Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had revealed dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder after a devastating incident at the finale of her May 2017 performance in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and wounding many.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" said another response on Instagram.

Some attendees also criticised event staff at the gathering for not being sufficiently alert; while different individuals demanded online networks to ban Mr Wen's content.

Aftermath and Premiere Information

In clips circulating online, Grande appeared surprised when she was touched by the individual. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be seen comforting her while Mr Wen was escorted away by staff.

Grande has remained silent on the situation, and the premiere activities continued without further issues.

Many of attendees had congregated in a crowd of colorful attire at the Wicked: For Good regional premiere in a Singapore venue, including some who had waited for as long as many hours before it started.

The film, to be premiered on 21 November, is the second of a two-film version of the acclaimed Broadway and West End production Wicked, which focuses on the surprising relationship between two very different witches.

The show itself is a derivative of the twentieth-century children's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who plays the benevolent sorceress Glinda, was adorned in a rosé sparkling outfit at the event while Erivo, who plays the Elphaba, wore a black tube gown featuring roses.

They were accompanied by co-star Jeff Goldblum.

The previous installment, Wicked, was the most successful motion picture of last year in the UK, and scored 10 Academy Award nods, securing a pair for outstanding attire and artistic direction.
