Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent image release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
